UNIQUE SOUVENIR.

Issued For Coronation Of Edward VIII. A j’are souvenir and one that should become increasingly valuable with the passage of time is in the possession of Mrs. T. Kirkwood of Stratford. It is a bcatftiful piece of Minton china in the form of a beaker and the issue is limited to 2000. The lettering and gold work is most attractive. Thenumber of Mrs Kirkwood’s souvenir is 349 and it would appeal 1 that there are very few in New Zealand. On one side of the beaker the exKing is depicted in his coronation robes, with a crop’ll above, and be math is the title, Edward VIII. On the other side is a crown and tne date, May 12, 1937. Etched in gold on the inside of the rim are crowns alternating with the figures 1937.
