The case of Sydney Aubrey Maddocks, arretted on March 1 on a charge of indecent assault on a male, which was before the C“Court to-day, created widespread Interest, many prominent men being in the crowded .court. Maddocks was committed for trial at the quarter jessione on. April 1. bail being fixed at £5OO. Maddocks was a former Ttoad Transport Commissioner.
