Fund May Be Established To Help.
Press Association—Copyright. (Received 1 p.m.) London, March 16. In the House of Comons, Mr Malcolm MacDonald, Secretary for the Dominions-, said that no funds were available to provide return passages from the Dominions of distressed migrants. He was inquiring dnto the question of establishing such a fund.
