FURTHER INCREASE.

Power Board Revenue at Wanganui. Wanganui, March 11. “Revenue continues to show an advance on last year’s figures, the February total of £6924/2/9 from ordinary meter readings being better by £452/14/1 than the return for the corresponding year,” stated the secretary, Mr. G. A. Amundsen, at today’s monthly meeting of the Wanga-nui-Rangitikei Electric Power Board. He said it was hoped to have available for the next meeting a statement shewing approximately the result of the year’s operations, as preliminary figures already examined gave little doubt that this would prove a record year in the board’s history. The total of consumers connected was 10,805, 40 new ones having been added since last meeting.
