The executive should collect all available evidence regarding farming costs, women and chiliren in the cowsheds, and so on, and isk the Governmnet what chance, if any, the farmer had ot holidays’ such as his employees were provided with under the award. It seemed that at the present time the Government's objective of improving the farmers' personal position had missed the point unless these things were pul right .
