ATLANTIC TRAGEDY
Inquiry Into Vosper’s Death Opened. Press Association—Copyright. (Received 11.25 a.m.) London, March 9. A judicial inquiry into. the disappearance of the noted playwright, Mr Frank Vosjper, has opened at Le Havre. In the meantime, the police have examined the cabin occupied by Miss Muriel Oxford and decided that the window wa& too small to permit anyone to fall out accidentally. They are now inquiring about £4OOO, <v*hich Mr Vesper earned in Hollywood, and which amount, it is reportedi, he took aboard with film. The police are anxious to determine whether the money was in his pocket when he went overboard.
It Was cabled yeftterday that Mr Vosper disappeared from the liner Paris 1 through falling to the sea from the balcony of a cabin occupied by Miss dxforcT** v “Miss Great Britain” of 1935).
