The police have .started a nationwide search for Mrs James Harper, a socially prominent siports woman and wife of a cinema director. She has disappeared after being indicted on a charge of forgery In connection with a shortage of £-10,000 in the finarfees of a lumber company of which she was treasurer. Her husband was directing a cinema production at Honolulu at the time the • shortage was discovered.
