Developments For Increased Mobility.

The Sunday Times states: "Germany is forming, two new tank regiments by which she is possibly planning to create a fourth Mechanised Division, she already has six tank regiments, comprising 250 tanks each, two of w/hich, with a reconnaisance group of armoured cars, mechanised' cavalry regiment and artillery regi. ment, form a Mechanised Division able to advance ten miles per hour as a whole, while the scouts move twenty miles per hour.
"These three divisions which, possess high concentration fire, are the most outstanding features of the German Army.
"Germany also is forming artillery units, but has delayed their fulfilment owing to a shortage of officers.”
