COMMUNIST PARTY
Reorganisation of Russian System Press Association —Copyright. Moscow, March 6. Fundamental reorganisation of the Russian Communist Party is announced following a 10-days’ secret session of the party’s central committee. The party’s right to a monopoly of leadership is reasserted, but the cor*-| iTctee decided the principle of “democratic centralism’’ must be introduced, enabling all members to participate freely and criticise all party and Government matters.
