Bread Rationed To 10 Ounces Daily Per Person.
Press Association—Copyright. Received 11.15 a.m. Madrid, March 3. Fierce fighting is reported on the Jarama and Oviedo fronts. Oviedo reported that it had been surrounded by Government forces. ■ Bread is rationed in Madrid and purchases are restricted to 10 ounces daily per person.
