Milk for Schools. Co-operation with the Government in its plans for the free distribution oT milk to schol children was agreed to at a public meeting at Hawera on Thursday, tyid a committee was elected. It was estimated that up to 1500 children in the Hawera district would each receive half a pint of milk a day, a distribution of about 100 gallons daily.
