Wellington, To-day* Pressure is high to the east of the Dominion and also over the western Tasman Sea, but rather low over and especially to the west of New Zealand. The forecast is for moderate northerly winds, freshening at times; weather dull and misty or foggy with rain in most places, and some heavy fails. Seas moderate.
