Anglo-American Position Being Explored. (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, Feb. 23. AJsked in the House of Commons if there were an;y immediate prospects of an Anglo-American trade agreement, Mr. Walter Runciman, President of the Board of Trade, replied: “I shall not fail to inform the House if exploratory discussions now in progress reach a state at which I can make a further statement.”
