The Hon. H. T. Armstrong, Minister of Labour, announced to-day that Mr E. J. Dash, president of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants, had been elected by a substantial majority of trades unions' as the workers' representative at the annual meeting of the International Labour Conference at Geneva.
