EXILE IN AUSTRIA

The Vienna correspondent of the Daily Mail understands that as a Th suit of a week’s discussions the Duke of Windsor intends to make his permanent home in Austria. He has inspected a number of estates, but a definite choice and the nature of the establishment will depend on the financial settlement of his affairs. Sir Walter Monckton, Attorney-Gen-eral for the Duchy of Cornwall, is en route to England carrying important documents signed by the Duke of Windsor. The Vienna correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says the Duke and Duchess of Kent are expected to ar rive at Enzesfeld Cattle on Wednesday.
A message from Vienna this morning stated that the Duke of Windsor, travelling in a special sleeper, will arrive at Noesch for a short stay at Count Paul Munster’s castle, Wasserleonberg. It is understod that the castle is among those recommended as a residence for the Duke of Windsor.
