Burnt Frying Fat.
When frying fat has got slightly burnt, drop a raw, peeled potato into the pan for a few minutes. Then remove it, and all traces of burning will have disappeared. Before Boiling Milk. Before boiling milk, always rinse | out the saucepan with water, and j the milk will never burn.
