Preserving Tomato Pulp.
Cut the tomatoes In pieces and tiijimer for an hour. Pass the pulp through a sieve and boil it up again unitil it thickens. Then put it into jars and cover with melted butter, When the butter is set, place a round of paper on top of it and pour melted mutton fait over the paper.
