Press Association—Copyright Received 12.30 p.m. London, Feb. 19. John Green, 19, and a youth of 16. were charged with stowing away from New Zealand aboard R.M.S. Rangitane It is all ged they became troublesome and were handcuffed. When they walked ashore at Jamaica, it was found they had filed the handcuffs through with a knife. Green was s ntenced to one month’s imprisonment and his companion was tent home on remand.
