WIFE ARRESTED.

Policeman Takes Wife For Manslaughter.

A policeman, Edward Kelly, who in 1928 battled 'With two desperadoes in the dark and killed one, performed a harder task to-day when he arrested his wife, Alice Kelly, 30 years of age, and charged her with manslaughter. The arrest of Mrs. Kelly followed her ssion that she drove a motorcar and killed a prominent attorney in the street on January 17. She said har conscience kept her awake sit nights and forced her to tell her husband.

“When we maried we married for gobd,” taid Constable KeHy. "I will stand by her.”
