Negotiations For New Agreement Ended Press Association —Copyright. Berlin, Feb. 16 Negotiations for a new, German agreement to pay British creditors have temporarily broken down. Britain demanded a capital repayment of 10 per cent, of the sum owed to British banksj amounting to only £4,000,000. Germany contends this is unfair to other creditor countries and declines to admit it has sufficient funds available.
