BANK DIRECTOR.
Shareholders Elect Member To Board. Mr R. W. Gibbs has been reelected a director of the Bank of New Zealand as a representative of the shareholders by a large majority. His term of office is for three years from March 31, 1937. Mr Gibbs* has been a director of the bank for 13 years, his associate as shareholders’ representative being Mr William Watson. The other candidate for representation of shareholders on the board, was Mr M. O. Barnett, of Wellington. The election was conducted by a postal ballot of 'Shareholders.
