Doctor To Leave Hospital Stafi. Press Association—Copy’right. Napier, Last Night. Dr. J. Allan Berry, one of the Napier members of the Hawkes Bay Hospital Board, has been asked to tender his resignation as a member of the honorary staff of the Napitr hospital . This is a sequel to an investigation by a special committee of the board into certain matters at the hospital. Seven days’ notice is to date from to-day. When asked by Dr. Berry at today’s meeting why this action had been taken, Mr C. Lassen, chairman, declined to give any reason. Dr. Berry stated the reason was that he had refused to give evidence at the inquiry.
