ROTARY CONFERENCE
Visitors To Wellington In March. Press Association —Copyright. Wellington, To-day. The Pan-Pacific Rotary Conference to be held in Wellington during the first week in March is the largest of the kind ever held in New Zealand. Rotarians from Auckland .to the Bluff arc interested, and there promises to be a notable gathering for the term of the conference . Offers of hospitality on the part of local Rotarians have not been lacking, and it appears as though social activities will b: at their bright st during the duration of the conference. U-iifcrtunafcly the fates have not been altogether propitious as regard transport. Delegates were lo' have come from several of the South American countries bordering on the Pacific, but the maritime strike in the United Staffs has prevent/ 1 them leaving home in tim-' to a'tend the conference in Wellington. Still there will be a fairly representative gathering.
