Wellington, To-day. j A deep depression is located east !of the Dominion and pressure is 1 everywhere low. An anti-cyclone covers the Tasman Sea, however, and barometers are now rising. Conare disturbed in the tropics to t}h« north, a cyclone being centred in the New Hebrides. This may affect northern New Zealand after a few days. The forecast is for moderate tn strong south-west to southerly winds rising at times to gale force; weather cold, squally and changeable, with | passing showers at times and in placles hail, but later improving; seep rough.
