Norman Dugald Ferrier Campbell was to have been tried in the Supreme Court to-day on charges of committing indecent assault on a male and an unnatural offence. When his name was.' called he djd not appear. and Mr Justice Northcroft granted an application by the Crown prosecutor, Mr A. T. Donnelly, for estreatment of bail amounting to £2OOO.
