Big Development Scheme For Turkey.

A Dutch financial group, supported by the Ministry of Commerce, is investing nearly £4,000,000 in a huge development scheme for Turkey, including the building of wireless transmission stations, the construction of harbours in the Black Sea and in the Mediterranean, and irrigation works in Central Anatolia. Turkey is to repay this expenditure by means of longterm deliveries of grain and dried fruits.
