MARRIAGE IN MAY

Rumours Concerning Duke Of Windsor.

Press AssociaHoii—Copyright. ' London, February 6. Mrs Simpson is expected at Vienna on April 28 and rumours are being revived that the will marry the Duke of Windsor in May, says ‘ the Star, but no request has been .made to the Church of England authorities at Vienna for permission to hold the ceremony at the British legation church. Reportfi that the marriage would be held at Vienna at the end of April are denied at the Villa Louvei. Mr Herman Rogers told the Star that no plans had yet been made. It was impossible to say whether anything would be settled in the near future. The Australian Associated Press was informed that there was a well founded conviction that if there is a marriage it will be a civil ceremony at the register office. The Princess Royal and Lord Harewood left to-day for Enzesfeld, travelling by the Orient exgrets, to visit the Duke of Windsor.
