Papal flags flying to-day in celebration of the fifteenth anniversary of the Pope’s election had additional significance in view of the improved health of His Holiness. He received many congratulations from visitors, one of whom he told he felt better than before his illness. Officials are surprised and delighted with the Pope’s recovery. His heart action is returning to normal and his leg ulcerations are almost healed .
