The newspaper, “People,” hints tha&Mr Ramsay Macdonald may resignyhis post as Lord President of the Council in the National Government and join Sir Herbert Samuel, who is forming a new party to be called the Progressive Party, which aims' at being a rallying centre of the opinion of the country.
