Press Association—Copyright. Received 1.15 p.m. London, Feb. 5. Sir Hubert Wilkins has.' sailed for America. He said it was Impossible to make a submarine voyage in 1937. “I want a tubmarine built in Britain but the shipyards are 100 busy on their re-armament programme.”
