Refuse War.
Press Association—Copyright. Received 11 a.m. Ottawa, February 5. The House of Commons refuses to pledge Canada to neutrality in the event of war. There was no division. It rejected the Commonwealth Federation resolution on neutrality, no matter who were the belligerents.
