Press Association —Copyright. London, Feb. 3
The Dutch Government hat' Instructed the Dutch Minister at Berlin to inquire the real meaning of a passage In Herr Hitler’s speech declaring Germany’s readiness to guarantee the all-time neutrality of Holland, says The Hague correspondent of the Times. _ No such declaration has reached Holland through ordinary diplomatic channels. Herr Hitler's speech similarly re-
ferred to Belgium, but the Morning Post's BrulsseJ|s correspondent says no direct proposal has yet reached the Belgian Government. In any •
case Belgiul' would not consider returning to the pre-war neutrality which, it is pointed out, ceased when Germany violated the territory in 1914.
