Indemnity For Murder Of Belgian Diplomat. Press Association-—Copyright. Received 1 p.m. ' Brussels, Feb. 3. The Spanish Government has informed Belgium .of its willingness to deposit a minion francs as l an indemnity to the family of Baron de Borchgrave, who was murdered in December while acting as Secretary at the Belgian Assembly at Madrid, but it demands that the case be referred to the Hague Court.
