There Can No Longer Be Free Business Left. Herr Hitler began his speech at 12.17 p.m. Elaborate arrangements had been made for broadcasting British, French and German versions throughout the world, including Australia. Herr Hitler acclaimed Nazism as a bloodless revolution of revolutions. He deprecated economics, declaring there could no longer be free business life in Germany. The economic chiefs had not succeeded in maintaining employment in exploiting the soil and minerals and the State was bound to step in. Germany would not depart from the tour-year plan. Herr Hitler added that just as England was the sole judge of what armaments were necessary to defend her Empire so German requirements would be decided exclusively by Berlin. German}' was hapny to find Italy and Japan recognised this, and he would be still happier if the conviction that each country was the sole judge of Its needs spread through Europe,
