i Opens With Dispute About Back Pay. Press Association Copyright. Invercargill, Last Night. With the opening of the oyster season only a few days away a. dispute between employers and employ Ges, .which is not yet settled, is causing concern. The dispute, which concerns back pay which is alleged to be due and involving a considerable sum, has been referred to the Lrbh our Department and it is considered d possible that the decision of a test u- case which will bo brought in the n- Magistrate’s Court may bo the deciding factor.
