It is understood, says the political correspondent of the Daily Mirror, that the Regency Bill that the Prime Minister, Mr. Stanley Baldwin, will introduce in the House of Commons to-day contains a clause establishing beyond doubt Princess Elizabeth’s position as sole heir presumptive to the Throne.
