Bulgaria and Yugoslavia Sign Pact Of Friendship Press Association—Copyright. (Received 11 a.m.) Belgrade, January 24. The Bulgarian Prime Minister, M. Kiosseivanoff, was tumultuously welcomed to-day when he arrived to sign a pact of friendship with Yugoslavia, thus ending a long period of tension.
