It has been discovered that tho woman who presented the order for Ossietszky’s Nobel Prize is the secretary to a Berlin solicitor who is acting as proxy for Ossietszky. The bank is satisfied with her bona tides and is transferring the prize to the German bank on January 20, except for £5O, which will be paid to the woman.
