SCHOOL DENTAL SERVICE

Central Taranaki Must Wait Another Year. Complete disappointment has been the result of the efforts of the Central Taranaki Dental Clinic committees efforts to find a nurse to take charge of a travelling clinic to treat children in the country areas. The Minister of Education, Hon. P. Fraser, who is taking a keen interest in this problem throughout the Dominion, is anxious to do all possible to help the committee. No nurses other than those required for replacement in existing clinics are available, however, and, although every effort is being made to train girls as fast as possible it is not expected that a nurse will be available for Central Taranaki until next year.
