It is believed that Italy and Germany have decided agiainst the dispatch of further volunteers and munitions to Spain, says the correspondent of the Daily Mai! at Rome, but if t he future shows that. France and' Russia are continuing t o send help to the Government Italy and Germany will reconsider their decision* It is thought at. Rome that General Franco’s offensives should result in the sweeping of Bolshevist forces from all parts of Spain, except perhaps from Catalonia. It is understood «hat both General Goering and Count Ciano reaffirmed that it was contrary to Italo-German interests to permit Bolshevism to take root in Spain. General Goering gave assurances that Germany had no territorial aims anywhere in the Mediterranean.
