Belgium Provides Money For Rail Development.
Press Association —Copyright. Received 11.30 a.m. Nanking, January 12. The Ministry of Railways has concluded an agreement with a Belgian syndicate for a nine years’ loan of £3,000,000 at 6 per cent, for the purpose of rail development.
