Press Association —Copyright. (Received 1 p.m.) Rome, January 12. Signor Mussolini piloted a threeengined aero-plane to a height of 13,500 feet in a ninety-minute test from the Littorio Airport. He received. his military flying certificate from General Valle. II Duce already had his civilian flying license.
