The Soviet exports to Spain have immensely increased since October and; most| of Novemlber.j Surplus tractors and spare parts, amounting to 3363 tons, went to Spain, in addition to quantities of tyres, petrol and coal. Spain is now second to Britain as the Soviet’s best customer.
