Murder Suspected at Foochow In China.
Press Association—Copyright. Received 11 am. Peiping, Jan. 8. The body of Pamela, aged 17, daughter of Edward Warner, eighth Consul Foochow, was found outside the city wall mutilated. Murder is suspected.
