Tennis May Commence At Noon To-day. Press Association—Copyright. (Received Noon). Timaru, To-day. For the 24 hours at nine this morning, over an inch of rain fell at Timaru and the courts were not; in a fit state to resume play in the National Tennis Tournament. Bright sun prevails "this morning and it has been decided to commence play at noon. There are heavy cloud banks in the scuth and the wind is from this quarter and may bring more rain.
