Although denying any intention of attempting to revive the National Recovery Administration, President Roosevelt stated emphatically to-day that 4ho Government during Ihe approaching session of congress must find means of abolishing child labour and fixing minimum wages and maximum hours in industry. He. condemned the gradual abandonment of the standards contained in the defunct N.R.A. and the return to cutthroat business methods.
