Health Department Report Yesterday. Press Association—Copyright. Wellington, To-day. The following bulletin, was issued yesterday from the head office of the Health Department: “During the last 48 hours reports have been received from Dunedin of the death of a male adult aged 41 and the admission to hospital of four girls, one for observation, one definite case without paralysis, and two with slight paralysis. One of the latter was a Dunedin girl staying at Karitane. One case, a male, aged 20, was admitted to Timaru Hospital, and one boy was admitted to Wellington Hospital for observation.’’
