How Rockefeller's Son in-Lav/ Gained Control. Press Association—Cony right Washington, Dec. 17. Mr. David Milton, son-in-law of John D. Rockefeller, testified before a Securities Commission that he acquired ’control last December of an Equity Corporation involving a £43500.000 investment trust, through an original investment ol 00 and the purchase of 6300 shares c£ an inactive insurance company' boughr'or as low at £1 10s a,share. A complicated holding was set up and made the deal possible.
