The claim of a Democrat Party organiser against the party leaders for payment of salary was recalled in the Supreme Court .to-day, when plaintiff, H- C. Baulf, withdrew an appeal against the decision of Mr WyVern Wilson, S.M. Mr Justice Fair was informed by Mr H-. J- Butler, counsel for Mr A. E. Davy, that the parties had come to an arrangement. Leave was accordingly granted to withdraw the appeal.
