Arrangements for Christmas and New Year. Following are Christmas and New Year arrangements al the Stratford I Post Office: Thursday, 24th December, 1936, and > Thursday, 31st December, 1936: There will be a delivery over the counter between th hours of 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. of correspondence (registered as well as ordinary) usually' delivered by postmen. Christmas Day: The Post Office will ; be closed in all branches. The tele- i phone exchange will be open continu- j ously. ■ j Boxing Day and New Year’s Day: j The street letter receiving boxes will | be cleared at 7a. in. Mails close at 8 a.m., and will be despatched to principal post offices served by rail. No mails will be despatched to post offices on the Stratford-Main Trunk roufq. Correspondence will not, be sorted into private boxes. The post, office will be closed in all branches. The telegraph office will be open from 9 a.m. .to 10 a.m.. and from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. The telephone exchange will be open continuously,
